Returns You 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt). Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.
